Our Practice Owner
Andreia Assini is a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) with over a decades worth of experience working with children and adolescents with behavioural and developmental disabilities. She was trained and supervised by Dr. Louise LaRose.

Andreia supervises teams for clients with autism receiving ABA; provides counselling to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities; provides parent coaching to parents of children with developmental disabilities or behavioural challenges. Andreia has also been trained in providing sexual education for children/adolescents/young adults with developmental disabilities.

Senior Therapist
Tara Doell is a Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A.). She graduated from Western University with a Master of Professional Education in Educational Psychology / Special Education (Applied Behaviour Analysis).
Brandi Ellyatt, B.A.
Instructor Therapist
Brandi is a graduate from King's University College at Western University with a major in Childhood and Social Institutions and a minor in Sociology. She completed the Autism and Behavioural Science graduate program at Lambton College.
Annamieka Kerkhof, B.S.
Instructor Therapist
Annamieka is a graduate of Liberty University in Virginia where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology: Human Services. In 2015, she earned her Autism & Behavioural Science graduate certificate from Fanshawe College.
Meagan Cabrera, CYCP
Instructor Therapist
Meagan is a graduate of Fanshawe College where she graduated from the Child and Youth Care program in 2021 and furthered her education in the Autism and Behavioural Sciences program.
Heidi Beck, DSW
Instructor Therapist
Heidi is a graduate of Fanshawe College where she graduated from the Developmental Service Worker program and went on to complete the Autism and Behavioural Science graduate program in 2018.
Rediet Debe
Instructor Therapist
Rediet completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology with Honours at Addis Ababa University in Ethiopia. In 2023, she obtained her certification in the Autism and Behavioural Science graduate program at Fanshawe College.
Patricia Petersen, MADS, RBA

Patricia Petersen is a Registered Behaviour Analyst (R.B.A.). She graduated from Brock University with a Master of Applied Disability Studies. She has over 30 years of experience.

Kyara is a graduate of Western University where she graduated with a degree in Psychology and a major in Sociology. She is currently completing her Master of Professional Education in ABA.
